There’s lots to do if you choose, and the published list of daily activities typically includes beach aerobics and aquacize, tone and stretch classes, beach soccer, mixology classes and hiking.

Watersports range from lying on the beach and swimming in the gentle water or pools, to kayaking, sailing, waterskiing and windsurfing, or to snorkeling and a PADI scuba program. The Jacquot Fun Club (named after the Creole word for the St. Lucian Parrot) is open seven days a week and is complimentary for 4 to 12-year-olds.
