It was that time of year when everyone at school had been talking about who was going where for spring break. The hotspot like always is Myrtle Beach ,South Carolina. My family and freinds’ families all drove down and we had a blast… for the most part. It took sixteen long hours. These hours were filled with funny, boring, sleepy and serious times. Jokes were made and laughs were herd. When we arrived to our hotel, avista resort, it was beautiful i couldnt believe it..hearing the sound of the ocean while you were sitting in the living room was fantastic!! After a couple of days ill addmit i got a little bored and had been wondering… what was so great about this place anyways? Come to find out when i was trying ot meet up with my freinds, i was staying in North Myrtle Beach which is a half and hour away. It was the last day we had to spend on vacation before heading back to boring old New York and we drove down to the “strip” where all the shops, hotels, entertainment and fun was. When i got their i didn’t want to leave ever and i had wished we stayed on the strip sense day one. In the end i ended up staying with my best freind Ashley for about three days extra [ who happend to be staying in a hotel right on the strip] Those three days were the best days ive ever had on a vacation ever! We walked up and down the strip [ which was just a long street] i dont know how many times and it never seemed to get old. But soon enough it was time to go back to New York and school began again, everyone had Myrtle Beach shirts on.. i couldnt beleive how many people actually went their.. i guess it realy is a true Spring break hotspot.
