Six Flags Of Fun | My Family Travels

Candy, soda, rollercoaster’s, family, friends and a hot summer day is all you need to have the time of your life. Six Flags Magic Mountain is the location we chose to seek out our adventurous sides and to see if our fears will overcome us or if we can overcome them. This is the place of epic adventures and a place where friendships begin. My two cousins and I were meeting up with a friend who also brought friends of her own. We did not know them and so we introduced ourselves. It was like a partner pairing kind of thing. Standing in line was one of the best parts of Six Flags. We got to know each other and the girls got to know us as well. Rose, Cathryn and Camilla were their names. My cousin Naven was talking to Camilla, I was talking to Rose and Eric was talking to Cathryn. You can say it was a triple date. As we got to know one another we all became more comfortable with one another. We made jokes and laughed and did silly things such as start dancing in line. When we were in front of the line and saw the rollercoaster’s we were in awe. The sound the speed and the image were just too much. I on the other hand was very excited because I loved rollercoasters but the girls were terrified. The first coaster we rode on was GOLIATH. That coaster stood up to its massive name and all night and day we rode these amazing, crazy, and fun coasters. It was the time of my life. Around seven at night, the girls had to go home however my cousins and I stayed till closing. We rode on the ride Tatsu, X2, and Terminator Salvation. Tatsu was the most memorable one to me. That ride was so scary; I was hanging onto my seat as if my life depended on it. I was over 100 feet in the air and facing strait towards the floor. The drops and loops were sensational and that ride even had flames thrown at us. I can still feel the heat burning up my spirit as I screamed. The food was great but expensive. They charged us ten dollars for fries and chicken sticks. We put our money together and bought a fourteen dollar 6-flags cup. It was well worth it because they gave us free refills and so we took advantage of it. The lines for the food and rides were super long though. It was about one hundred degrees that day so that didn’t help either. It got hotter and hotter so we decided to go on the log ride over and over again just to get wet. We were desperate for cool temperature. Our clothes got all wet but eventually it dried up as the day went on. I can say this adventure was the highlight of my summer. I met new friends, went on rides, and mostly got to spend quality time with my cousins.
