Hawaii's Beauty, My Family, & Friends - My Family Travels

Traveling lets you experience new ways that can make your eyes grow wide and heartfelt towards nature, and more intent to a new part of the world to see new ideas of culture and beauty. My experience of traveling to a new and exciting area of the Earth took place on December 7, 2005, with my family and I. We embarked on our journey from Long Beach, California on the Island Princess, Princess Cruises, towards the different islands of Hawaii. The cruise to Hawaii, made me open up all the possibilities of traveling.

My traveling experience opened my eyes to new levels of culture, the Hawaiian natives who inhabit the beautiful islands with interesting names. To be with my family experiencing the undying beauty of the islands Hawaii had to offer was a heartfelt and memorable moment for me. My family is critical to my being of living, and for me to have spent time with them in a beautiful place of God’s creation is enough to be satisfied and comfortable in life and the trip to Hawaii.

I learned that spending time with your family and meeting new friends on the cruise from different parts of the world is what life is all about, opening your horizons to new ideas and expressions in life. I was shy, when I went on the cruise because I did not know anyone my age, but I heard they had a Teen Center in the back of the ship, so one day while on the sea heading for Hilo, I set off to see what the Teen Center was all about. I met three new girlfriends, by talking about our interests, and where we were from. My friends came from my Middle School in Quartz Hill, California, I did not know her but she looked familiar, one from Michigan, and the other from London, England. We learned how to make bracelets, watched movies in the Teen Center, played card games, swimming, and played video games together. Hanging out with new friends at an age of fun and laughter is what living is all about. From there on, I promised myself I would be more open about making new friends, and I still abide by my rule of friends. It was sad for our departure from each other, but we all still keep in touch. Traveling shows you there is no limit to making friends, but broadening your horizons of friends with happiness, laughter, and memorable moments.

My family and I got along great, I loved spending every second next to my family, going to dinner, walking around the ship, going to shows, talking and laughing with them, eating breakfast, exploring Hawaii with them was a memory that will last a life time between them and myself. No one in my family, including me, got seasick, but I would imagine some people on the cruise might have. I would have to say everything was perfect on our traveling vacation, there was not a moment where we were anything went wrong, we were all filled with happiness and joy in our hearts.

Traveling with family, and new friends makes you appreciate life, and the memories. Traveling opens doors of happiness between a family, joy between a friendship, and love for both that will last a lifetime. Traveling touches others lives with happiness and joy. Traveling brings everybody together. Traveling is an essential in life, for family and friends; everyone needs to experience the wonders of traveling.
