Jamaican Paradise - My Family Travels

It was the Summer of 2008. My family and I had boarded the Carnival Sensation cruise ship. I could here the Jamaican band playing tunes as I walked the deck of the ship. My 17 year old sister and I had been waiting for this moment since our mother surprised us with this good news on Christmas morning. We unpacked our luggage and began to explore the ship. Kids had already started swimming. The employees of the ship welcomed everyone with warm smiles. The ship was HUGE ! There was a water slide and at least 4 swimming pools ! It was amazing.

The next day, we arrived in Ochos Rios, Jamaica. It was so beautiful. My family and I met a man named Frank. He was our tour guide. He showed us all of Jamaica. Men and women were selling the most colorful dresses, jewelry, and pottery of all kinds. We came across a chef that offered us curry chicken. It was absolutely delicious. After we saw all of Jamaica, we went to the beach. My sister and I went scuba-diving. It was amazing. My mother relaxed in the shade as my sister and I played in the water. The scenery was picture perfect. The weather was settle, yet hot ! The sky was clear. Just imagine a beautiful relaxing day on the beach. That's what I had !
