My trip began at the Port Of Miami where my petite mother Sharon bustled along trying to make sure everything is in order. My inaudible sister Brigette was ears deep in her head phones listening to the latest hip-hop music. My boisterous best friend Mikhala overjoyed with excitement because this would be her first cruise and my extroverted second best friend Joelle who was observing her surrounds. Then there was I filled enthusiasm because I knew that this trip would be the best trip.

During this four day vacation we experienced the most excitement we could have possibly had in four days. Boarding the Carnival Cruise ship we were baffled by all the activities we could do. The main excitement though was the 130 foot water slide precariously perched on the deck of the ship. We made our way up the 25 flight steps to be greeted by other cruisers who were extremely energized to try it too. One by one we slid down the slide at 35 miles per hour coming to a drenching halt. We retired to our cabins to get ready for a full day of adventure tomorrow in Key West Florida.

As I awoke, outside my cabin window, a baby blue sea on my left and a quiet bustling port to my right. Walking along all the shops of Key West I see many different characters in action, a man in a leopard thong walking around with a sign reading free hugs, and an elderly man painting magnificent portraits. A quiet a bit of time latter we were lost in the quaint small town, we realize that we have to be back at the port by 1 or were stuck for good. We were all the way at the back of a hundred person line and one o'clock was approaching fast. Luckily we made it on bus and back to the port in the brink of time, 12:58 in fact. The day ending and the boat slowing floating away from the land we prepared ourselves for the next day in Cozumel, Mexico.

Being awoken by the sounds of a mariachi band I knew we reached. We walk up a long road to see a flamboyant city with hundreds of shopping stands. We went to one stand to look at some bracelets and we met its owner Carlos a husky aging man with a great sense of humor who gave us all free bracelets just for our politeness. As we walked along we stop at multiple stores to see what interesting thing the locals had. When we were done we all took an adventurous mile walk to one of the local beaches. When we reached we were awestruck with the beauty. In the water multiple bouncing attractions we kids would like and on the beach tasteful restaurants and dining the adults would like. We quickly ran out to the trampoline on water were we meet a fascinating group from Nevada. We jumped and dived off the trampoline with our knew found  friends and challenged each other t do the "Long Jump" which was a long cylinder tube sticking off one side were you had to run all the way across it without falling. None of us succeed. We came back to shore a little while later to meet with my mom and sister, so we could find a bus that would take us back that 1 mile hike to the port. We bored the ship after 30 minutes of going through security, and finally retired to our rooms.  Soon the ship was off heading back home.
