The town of Ocean City, New Jersey is a charming, picturesque settlement comprising of approximately twelve-thousand people. Ocean City is a lively, fun-filled area where the sun may set but the excitement will last all night. With the beach and boardwalk and countless places to eat, the fun never ends in this city. There is something to do for all ages; from the rides and arcades for children and teens to the bars and shopping stores for adults, everyone is guaranteed to have a good time.

I come to Ocean City every summer and stay at my grandmother’s house which is only three blocks from the beach. Those memories are some of the best I have! Racing my brother down the boardwalk on our bikes, smelling the aroma of Curly’s French Fries and Johnson’s Popcorn, stomping down the wooden steps leading to the never-ending beach, splashing in the brisk water and getting yelled at the lifeguard for going outside of the boundaries; these are the memories that will last me a lifetime. Don’t you want to make memories like that too? If you come down to Ocean City, I’ll be “shore” to show you a fun time. First thing in the morning we’ll rent bikes or a surrey and take a nice ride on the boardwalk. Then we can go out to breakfast! Might I recommend Brown’s? After that we’ll get changed into our bathing suits and go to the beach. Don’t forget your sun-tan lotion! The ocean might be cold, but I assure you that there will be tons of people swimming in it. After we spend a couple hours soaking in the sun, we’ll go back to my house and get showered, changed and ready for our fun night to come. We’ll walk on the boardwalk, taking in the sound of people laughing and seagulls swooping, trying to snatch a bite to eat. We’ll smell the delicious scent of Prep’s Pizza and Monkey Bread. Then I’ll give you the nearly impossible choice of where to eat! Good luck on that decision. Don’t worry, wherever you choose will be scrumptious. After our bellies are full and our eyes are drooping form a long day, we’ll go back to my house and sit on the porch for a little. From there you can see the glowing Ferris Wheel and Double Shot in the distance, and you can still here the excitement happening only a couple blocks away. The bottom line is that you should visit Ocean City, New Jersey; a town that has given me millions of memories and will give you some of your favorite as soon as you arrive.
