Welcome to Las Vegas, Nevada also known as Sin City. I know what you’re thinking. Why would anyone want to visit a place like Las Vegas when they can visit places like New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, etc? Well, alot has changed over the years and with me as your guide I will make sure your visit in Las Vegas is the best.
Just a friendly reminder to pack correctly. Remember Las Vegas ( especially in the summertime ) can get to over 100 degrees. But don’t worry it’s a dry heat.
The first thing I will show you is the most iconic thing in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas sign. Built in 1959 and since then, has attracted millions to take a photo with the iconic background of the Las Vegas Strip. This is the gateway to Las Vegas and a way to show that you have arrived to Las Vegas.
Next I want to show you some of the best “free” entertainment you can find on the Las Vegas strip. Lets start with the fountains of Bellagio. Built in 1998 along with this luxurious resort, they have amazed audiences with amazing water jets set to songs such as “Luck be a Lady” by Frank Sinatra to the all time Vegas hit “Viva Las Vegas” sung by the one and only Elvis Presley. If you walk inside the Bellagio you will find a luxurious conservatory filled with flowers and so much more each set to the seasons. A wonderful place to get pictures to remember for a lifetime.
So you say you’re getting hungry, well I have the place for you. Introducing The Buffet. But not just any buffet. The Buffet at Aria resort and casino is a buffet that will not disappoint. This buffet features some of the finest dishes a buffet has to offer. You will feel like you are in an all you can eat fine dining restaurant. Food such a prime rib to curry and everything in between. Just remember to save room for dessert. They have something I am sure you have never seen before. A rotating gelato server. Featuring over 8 different kinds of gelato and is rotated just to be able to fit them all in one area.
There is one more thing you need to see before you leave Las Vegas. A cirque du soleil show. But with having eight of them in Las Vegas alone it may be hard to choose just one. Well with having seen seven of them ( one of them I have not because you need to be 18 years of age ) the show you need to see is “Michael Jackson One” by Cirque Du Soleil at The Mandalay Bay resort. This show is breathtaking. Take a journey with four misfits as they go on an adventure and take you along with Michael as your guide. Along the way they find themselves being transformed with putting on some of the objects Michael was known for. His glove, shoes, glasses, and hat. Along with the acrobatics and dancing that made Michael famous makes it the best show you would ever see. I don’t want to give away anymore secrets, but let’s just say you will feel the presence of Michael with you when watching this show.
That’s just a sneak peek of what you can do when in the City of Las Vegas. I hope you come and visit so I can make sure you have the best visit possible.
