When people think of San Antonio they think cowboys, ranchers, or just plainly people who are stuck in the mid west. What if I told you it was so much more than that. This magnificent city holds more history and variety of cultures than any other city in the Unites States.  San Antonio started with its river, The San Antonio River. It has brought many people in variety of its packs including artists, musicians, story tellers, guardians of history, families, and special friends. Join me on this wonderful journey through my home of San Antonio.

There are many places to see, people to meet, things to try, and cultures to seek. San Antonio is mainly known for holding the Latino population, but what people don’t know is that there is Irish, Chinese, Asian, Native American, Italian, German, Arabian, and Vietnamese. With our four Five Star Hotels including the Westin La Cantera Resort, Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel, Mokara Hotel and Spa San Antonio, and Eilan Hotel Resort and Spa you can start your journey from there and find our many treasures of the city.
San Antonio isn’t just a place too see the sights, it’s a place where you could take your family or that special someone and have an adventurous time. Where you can travel back in time at the Institute of Texan Cultures or at the famous Texan Mission: The Alamo. Taste the true feeling of Mexican culture at your fingertips along the river walk or downtown in the Market Square. There are many restaurants that can satisfy your curious taste buds. From our famous burger places like Chris Madrid’s to our cultural Mexican restaurants like Casa Rio and Pico de Gallo some of the oldest restaurants here in San Antonio. Also you can visit Chunky’s Burgers home of the famous “Four Horse Man Burger” mentioned on Food Network “Man VS Food”. Shop until your heart stops at our malls at La Cantera or North Star Mall where our famous GIANT cowboy boots stand.

With everything here in San Antonio I can gladly say that you will have a wondrous time here and see where we Texans get our pride from. ¡Adiós! Y Bienvenido a San Antonio!
