Drive a dog in your car from NYC to Chicago

I remember the story when I and my friend tried to move to the new house we owned from the auction house but had problems with stuff we needed to pack plus we had two cats.

The worst option was to call our friends who completely declined our request of help and even blocked me and Tommy. But hopefully there were furniture movers near me who actually helped us very much. They were just driving nearby and saw us and then offered their help. Of course we accepted it!

Will need return trip 10 days later, but ok to do one leg of trip. Dog is easy traveler, sleeps most of the time.
