Le Mezze Lune, Tuscany, Italy - My Family Travels

This summer, we spent a week at the seaside on the Costa Selvaggia in Italy. We were staying at a little pension in Vibbona, below Pisa, that we like because it has simple rooms above a wonderful country style restaurant.

One day when we were driving around, we stopped at a beautiful villa in the countryside. It is called Le Mezze Lune and it was delicious with the most beautiful decor and very nice people. The hosts, Sergio and Luisa, welcome nightly guests in the main house or two cottages. It is in an area with many olive trees and they have their own brand of olive oil. When we go back we will make sure to spend some time here because it seemed to be so very special.
