How Ice Cream Cones Predict the Cost of Living for Travelers | My Family Travels

After doing extensive cost of living research, the folks at found that the price of ice cream cones often correlates to the value of currency in a foreign destination. 

Most expensives ice cream cones were found in Dubai, Paris, Auckland… maybe.  You'll have to ask the kids to do some on-site research when you travel to verify this.

But why chocolate ice cream cones are used to depict the most expensive destinations and blueberry ones the cheapest, is anyone's guess. Here is an infographic that provides more information about it.
