Road trip to Mexico - My Family Travels
DSC00346

I would first want to thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my family a little more by sharing with you great moments that we have had together while we get to explore out from our regular surroundings. My name in Neddy Franquez I am 15th years old and currently a freshmen at Environmental Science and Technology High School located in Los Angeles, California. I live with my parents and sister, I would describe myself as a young girl that is always looking for opportunities to help the people in need as much possible. As well responsible ,trustworthy, dedicated and most of all respectful to everyone no matter who or where I am. The reason begin that my parents have always taught us ethical morals to treat others the way you would like to be treated. And this is something that now a days people are forgetting to treat people with respect no matter there race, or economic standards.

My family and I are outdoors people that are always wanting to learn new things such as culture, customs, necessaries, and learn about history from different states and cities. Places that we have traveled that I’m thankful and grateful for everything that my parents have to offer me would be taking a road trip to Mexico. We visit several parts of Mexico that I never visit before like Sinaloa, Vallarta, Guayabitos, Tepic, Guadalajara, Michoacán, Valle de bravo. All this parts of Mexico have something in commend they all suffer of low wages in which cause people to suffer of many necessaries such as food, clothing and some even live in the street. Like families that have like four kids and they all live in the streets and they have the smallest kids asking for money to eat in cross roads. In which in many times there lives are in danger to do bad traffic. When I first saw this I was in shock and scared do to the fact that they would come up to me and ask me for a simple piece of bread not even money and I dint know how to react to it. But then my father explain to me a little of the type of life they live in and how much they make a day working in the fields like 2-3 dollars an hour and in bad conditions of weather.

We got to visit different places in those cities like museums, shopping centers, historical churches, and volcanoes. It was such a great experience of 3 weeks. I even got to visit a home in where they receive kids that their parents abounded them in the streets and are under 18 years. Visiting this place was so expiring that when we got back home I decide to do food sales within my family to fun raise money to send to the kids back in Mexico. Because that place maintains the kids there from donations. This road trip was a life changing and I am currently planning to go back this August.

Besides going on road trips we have visit Disney land, Universal Studious, Sea World, Six Flags, and the circus. We have been there more then once and no matter what we always seem to have a great time. The best thing about it would be that where together to forget about our daily life and make great memories. As you could see me and my family not only travel for fun but as well to get a life experience in where we would treasure for ever and enjoy every moment of it.

Absolutely love this list of Mardi Gras celebrations outside New Orleans! Each destination seems to offer its own unique blend of culture, music, and vibrant festivities. While I’m tempted to explore them all, I can’t help but dream of experiencing the colorful chaos of Mardi Gras in Goa, India. Exploring India’s rich cultural tapestry during this festive season would undoubtedly be an unforgettable adventure. Thanks for inspiring wanderlust with these fantastic recommendations!
