Reflecting back to all of my precious travel experiences of the past, I believe the trip to Disney World with my parents and sister in 2008 influenceD me the most. Despite the fact that it has been four years since that journey, every sumptuous detail stays still in my heart.
My parents and sister have a strong inclination for the magic kingdom because of the amusing parade; at the age of 12, my young soul was also lured by this very reason, therefore the idea of visiting other kingdoms was out of the question. As soon as my father parked his light-gray van on the corner, my sister and I leaped out of the car with convivial excitement. I then took a pristine, deep breath before open my eyes, and in surprise, I heard the wind whispered what my innermost self desired to say—- Hello Disney World, here I am! My sudden realization informed me that my family and I were enclosed by the beautiful green park.
While the evergreen leaves danced wildly along with the savage wind aroused my exhilaration, the melodious songs sang from the little mischievous ducklings on the tranquil pond next to me pacified my state of mind. Simultaneously, the bright, angelic sunlight showered all the trees, ponds, and living creatures with its indulging love, which persuaded me to stare at the sky of navy blue that surrounded the almighty sun. Those irregular-polygon shaped clouds caught my attention, and then I observed they deformed into myriads kinds of animals and some of the creatures were quite ineffable! For instance, I thought that one piece of cloud was a ferocious lion a minute ago, but it transformed into a grizzly bear within seconds.
“Girls, are you hungry? Do you want something to eat?” My mother’s caring inquiries definitely distracted me from concentrating on that cotton-candy-like cloud. “Oh, yes! I want something juicy and yummy!” my childish reply, of course caused many laughs from the peers, even though I still think that was just a young, innocent kid’s sincere and candid reply. After devoured a whole roasted-spicy turkey singlehandedly, I was destined to be unfocussed by the grand assembly of those adorable Disney Cartoon characters. Music and sound arised from both of the crowd and parade, therefore my young spirit again flowed with exultance, and a feeling of satisfication lingered in my cerebrum for a long amount of time. I recognized some of my most beloved characters arrived in elaborated costumes—- Mickey Mouse, Snow White, and along with other enchanting princesses; they waved to me from distance yet cannot stop me from taking pictures. Finally, my parents cracked a smile because their wishes were granted: they desire to see me laughing and smiling and possess a great childhood, and I did. Until this day, I still can remember everything happened in that journey, therefore it remains my greatest trip of all time!
