Hi, my name is Enya and I live in a fabulous and wonderful place called Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay has so much to offer, and I urge you to sample some or better yet, all it has to offer. From beautiful beaches to gourmet dinners, dancing to thrill rides, my town will keep you busy and having fun all day long. So, let me show you around the wonderful city of Tampa Bay.
Fort Desoto Beach
Looking for some adventure? Well then this is the place to be! Busch Gardens is an African-themed animal theme park that will lift your spirits as soon as you enter. From thrill rides like SheiKra, the 70 mph coaster that leaves you hanging at a 90 degree angle, or Cheetah Hunt, the fastest coaster at Busch Gardens that will have you racing down along the ground through a rocky gorge. And if roller coasters aren’t your thing, then you can walk around the park and explore all the different animals Busch Gardens has to offer, like lions and giraffes. You can even go on a safari! And if you really feel like having some fun in the sun, then you can walk across the street to Adventure Islands, Busch Garden’s very own waterpark!
Lowry Park Zoo
If you’re an animal lover like me, then you will love Lowry Park Zoo! Voted #1 by Parents magazine, this zoo offers more than 1,500 animals in 56 acres of lush natural habitats. The habitats are engaging and interactive, like feeding the giraffes, or touching a real stingray in the Stingray Bay! You can go on an Expedition Africa guided tour, or even brave the Gator Falls flume ride!
Bern’s Steakhouse
Ok, so spending all day at the beach and taking on major thrill rides can be tiring, and will probably make you hungry. But I have the perfect solution! Head on over to Bern’s Steakhouse, which has not only been voted as the best restaurant in town, but my personal favorite as well. Here’s what you get when you make a reservation to Bern’s steakhouse:
