Have you found a driver? This is what I post here on My Family Travels:
I am a driver for hire. I charge $10 an hour driving time between Point A and Point B. You pay all expenses related to the trip and that includes fuel, motels, meals, plane tickets to get the vehicle and my return home. I am in San Diego, CA. I charge $60 for my wife to take me to the airport and pick me up on my return. If the vehicle is within San Diego that $60 will cover the cost to get the vehicle. If it is in LA, Orange County, Inland Empire I will take the bus or train. If it is past LA and those other areas I would need a plane ticket. If it is in a area where it is a long bus trip or train trip then I would need a car rental which would be a trip expense that you would pay for. I put all expenses on my credit card with the exception of the plane tickets.

Is the Canada border open to U.S. citizens? If not would you deliver it across the border at Vancouver and at Houlton, Maine. The actual pick up and drop off location would be the arrival and departure airports.

I am a driver for hire. I can drive any vehicle that does not require license other than Class C. I can drive your vehicle or rental truck up to 26? and tow a car carrier.
I charge $10 an hour driving time based on Google maps from Point A to Point B. An example for driving time from San Diego to New York, New York is 43 hours. The driving cost is $430 flat plus expenses.
The expenses are meals, motels, fuel, plane/bus tickets, $60 for my wife to take me to get the vehicle if local or airport/bus terminal and pick me up on my return plus any unforeseen expenses.
I put meals at $40 per day but you only pay what is on the receipts.
Motels average $70 per night.
I put all expenses on my credit card with the exception of plane tickets, I ask that you put them on your credit card.
I ask for two receipts related to the trip, one for my records and one for yours.
I can supply with references, proof of insurance, copy of my driving record and drivers license.
During winter months I do not drive where there are icy roads and snow.
