Cruise to nowhere | My Family Travels

You ever been on a cruise, well I been on recently, and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I have been on in awhile. The cruise line was none other than Royal Caribbean, with their low fares and plenty of things that you can do on the boat.  It may not have been one of the best cruise ships out there but the amount of friends and family that went made it a blast.  The ship was cruise to nowhere, where you sail out to sea float for awhile and come back.  First thing that happens before we got to get going was security checks which wasn’t that big of a hassle.  Then once we got on the boat, there was getting situated and safety regulation where to go and standard procedures.  Once the ship set sail we were free to do as we pleased, my sister, my friends and I switched rooms around just so that we could be more situated and not to far of  a walk from the people that we normally talk with.  Right after that it was the buffet, the food was delicious, and they had fish, pizza, fries, and many other foods that will get you fat.  There was two clubs on the boat, the 18 and up one for older people, then the 17 below one for the young kid on the boat.  It was not really a club but more of a get together place because the room was pretty small in itself.  The best past time for me to do on the boat was swim or recreational stuff like sports, the Jacuzzi was also a relaxing place to sit and talk with friend.  Then there was also the shows that they would have at night, comedians, music, it was all according to a specific agenda that they had.  Then there was the captain’s banquet, where everyone had high class feeling to it with the nice clothing, dress code enforced, and all of the elegant food they served. They served a three course meal with a huge assortment of drinks, appetizer, main dish, and dessert that you can choose from.  After a good meal, we were off to do our own things again.  Walk around meet new people, because you are on a boat with a bunch of random strangers and not many places to go, why not make friends.  While walking around you can just stare at the stars due to the low smog they are clearly visible, a girlfriend would have been nice for the occasion but I was not so lucky.  There are so many things to do that I have a hard time remembering every little thing that I had done.  All I know is that if you ever have the time and money, I recommend going on a cruise just to try it out, it may be a bit expensive but if you look around, there are some really good deals out there.  Remember the more the merrier, and if you get sea sick easily grab some sea sick pills, the cruise just won’t be that fun feeling sick the entire time.
