All of the Information on my trip is in the picture!
But if it is too little to see here is my text:
My blog is represented by a suitcase. In a suitcase you pack what you need for a trip. Likewise in my suitcase, you will find all the items necessary to make this trip your own and successful. To start out there was no purpose for this trip other than to get out and enjoy life. Having that as the basis of a trip turned out to be the greatest idea of any I have taken. I planned my trip using these main websites, www.mallofamerica.com and www.expedia.com. My trip to the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota was priceless, no pun intended. Getting the chance to shop in a famous mall (without taxes!) was an unforgettable experience. Here is your look inside.
We chose to fly Delta. The flight over was comfortable and the airline was always on their toes. The ride was smooth and there were no mishaps, kudos to the pilots. The Minneapolis and St. Paul Airport is a beauty. There is plenty of room to find a place if needed to relax and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The employees are all helpful and friendly as well!
During my vacation I stayed at the Country Inns and Suites on 2221 Killebrew Drive. The website, http://www.countryinns.com/bloomington-hotel-mn-55425/mnbloomi, has information on prices and availability if bundling through Expedia.com isn’t your thing. The inns had a very homey feel to them. The amenities included a hot tub and pool, a huge continental breakfast, and my favorite, a bus to the Mall of America. A schedule of the bus is given the day you check-in, the bus is always arriving and leaving during the day.
The Mall of America is a sight to see in itself. From the outside it is of great measurements but on the inside it’s even bigger. Going to the top floor and looking out is a must. You can really get a feel for how many visitors, stores, and attractions there are in the mall. The restaurants on that floor are live and festive. By walking through their hallway, you get tastes from around the world and themes that will blow your mind. Down in the basement is the Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium. This aquarium is unlike any other and will entertain with all of its sea-life.
The mall has a variety of attractions for all ages. Including, Nickelodeon Universe, theatres, House of Comedy, The Amazing Mirror Maze, and mini golfing. Personally, the Nickelodeon Universe was my favorite. I’ve always been a big fan of rollercoasters, and this catered my taste well from kid to adult rides. You also get the chance to meet some of your favorite Nickelodeon characters walking around or in the Meet and Greet sections. SpongeBob and Dora the Explorer made my day brighter.
Besides the mall having its array of restaurants the hotel has its own which we took the time out to dine in. T.G.I. Friday’s is a classic restaurant, and for some reason when you’re out of town and on vacation the little things that remind you of home are great.
In my opinion, vacationing with your family is a must. Every once in a while, when everyone is not bugging each other, families should take time out to enjoy each other. I took this vacation with my mother, sister, and aunt. We all bonded and as ladies all got to express our fun and shopping intuitions. In the end it was a wonderful trip and I would take it over and over again.
