The Museum of Natural Science in Houston continuously rotates its collections and exhibits of interesting topics. Personally I am fascinated constantly by their extensive research into the human body or the fundamentals of physics. The Children’s Museum is a perennial delight to youngsters of all age. With its abundance of interactive games and activities, it’ll give you parents a well-deserved break from the young’uns. For the more musically inclined, the Houston Symphony hosts some truly astounding performances. The most recent concert I attended featured the Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl projected onto a large projector while underneath the Houston Symphony performed the entire soundtrack to the movie for an incredibly immersive and innovative experience.
