Colorado- You Shouldv'e Been There - My Family Travels

A simple trip to Colorado turned into a trip that will never be forgotten. At first, I thought Colorado was going to be boring because my sister had been there and said it wasn’t all that great, yet when I arrived in Colorado, it was like a fantasy world to me. It was wonderous and full of undiscovered adventures! I couldn’t wait until we actually got to go and see something cool! One place we went to was Pikes Peak. I have so many nmes for it, I could make my own dictionary! We rode a trolly-like train up the side of the mountain, which of course took long, yet if you saw all of the magical things you explore at the top, the ride is forgotten in an instant. At the top of Pikes Peak, it is a winter wonderland. There is ice and snow everywhere! And the view, it is AMAZING! You see, I was kind of frightened to be up that high, yet when I saw all of the mountains and valleys below, I was astonished, and my undelighted face turned so happy and jubilant that you could see my dimples clearly being imprinted on the sides of my mouth! At the top of Pikes Peak, there are monuments of the things that have happened there which is cool to have established that high up! There is also an awesome store that sells stuff for Pikes Peak, which is so conveinent because if you get too cold up there, they sell jackets and sweaters there too! I love and adore Colorado and the magnificant creations it has planted on it’s grounds. If I had a chance to visit Colorado again, I would totally go for it! Colorado is an experience of a lifetime!
